Milton William ‘Bill’ Cooper was born on May 6, 1943 in Long Beach, California. His father was a member of the U.S. Air Force. Being part of a military family, he lived in many countries around the world. As a young adult Bill joined the armed forces and diligently climbed the ranks. While stationed in Vietnam, he was awarded several medals for his heroism on the battlefield. After the war, he worked on Top Secret projects as a member of the Naval intelligence team. Following an honorable discharge in 1975, Bill reintegrated into civilian life.
In 1988, deeply concerned about events transpiring globally, the veteran broke his silence and became a whistleblower. He dedicated his life to sharing insider knowledge hidden from the general public. Much of his intel came from classified documents he read while employed in the federal sector. By 1991 Bill had compiled his decades-long research into a book titled Behold a Pale Horse. It contains many predictions regarding future events planned by the New World Order. On page 444, he includes an article discussing the end goal of using vaccines to implant trackable microchips. Here is the transcript:
Coded Microchips implanted in every person in the country would tie all of us into a master computer that could track anyone down at any moment, and plans for such a system are already underway whether you like it or not.
The secret scheme is being touted as a service for the protection of the people by high government officials, but some insiders who object to the move say it’s just another way for Big Brother to control its subjects.
Transmitters
“Top-level national security agents are trying to convince sources in the Bush Administration to begin the project in which every man, woman, and child will be implanted with a tiny transmitter,” claims Davis Milerand, a critic of government intervention who says he has received leaked information from inside sources.
“They’re trying to say this will be a good way for authorities to quickly track down missing persons and children, as well as criminals and spies.”
Injections
“But with the astounding technology of today, everything about you could be contained in one tiny microchip, which would be connected to a government computer. Any government agency will know what any person has done and is doing at any time. Other sources say the tiny transmitters can be injected painlessly from a tiny gun in humans without them even knowing it through a nationwide vaccination program. All the government would have to do is make up something like the swine flu vaccine,” Milerand says.
“Imagine if they said there was a vaccine for AIDS. People would rush in droves to get shots. The doctors themselves may not even know what they’re injecting. They could be told the microchips are genetic implants that reprogram the body into fighting disease.”
He adds: “The program would require all federal, state, and local government workers to undergo the injections. It would only be a matter of time before everyone is implanted with a microchip, a slave to the government.”
These statements were made over thirty years ago— a time when technological devices such as smartphones did not yet exist. Given the push for mass inoculation in recent years, one cannot help but wonder if there is a hidden ulterior motive. William Cooper made numerous claims that have come to fruition. These include the fall of the Berlin Wall, the United States invading Panama, and predicting 9/11. Was he right about injectable microchips too? Only time will tell, but for the sake of the 5.5 billion individuals that received a COVID-19 vaccine, let’s hope not.

All I know is from my own personal experience. some friends that got the jab totally changed afterwards. It was like invasion of the body snatchers. Either they start acting like they’ve been partially lobotomized (memory problems, lack of any emotions, lack of critical thinking skills) or they suddenly got extremely angry and volatile. Sure some of this can be blamed on stress but the people I know that haven’t been jabbed act the same. It sounds crazy but I know certain people that got it and their eyes looked different afterwards. as if it wasn’t them anymore.

I believe there is way more to the vaccine then we can even imagine. The elites have all the money they could ever want and enough for 100 lifetimes. I think this goes deeper than that. They are looking for total control.

It can also transmit to the unjabbed and I’m aware from regularly looking at science studies that there have certainly been working on “self-replicating vaccines” as well as supplying vaccines in aerosols (think chemtrails) and also growing them into our food. With the food, they appear to be starting out with leafy greens for that, but as always this will be built upon. Also, there is already graphene being found in food (and likely in our air and water also) – I’ve seen it in cereals (specific video I saw was Kellogg’s Special K) and meat. I’m sure it would thus be being added to many processed foods, especially those made or since acquired by the Big Food companies. You can test foods for these using a small but powerful magnet. Sometimes the magnet will stick to a bit of meat in a supermarket (which I haven’t tested personally, because I don’t choose to eat meat at all). If you want to test cereal, you need to crush it on a piece of white paper, then you drag the magnet under the paper and the graphene comes with it. I have also seen a video of a guy in Scotland who discovered it in some pharma drugs he was prescribed. They were capsule form antibiotics, from memory. First he poured out the contents and tested with the magnet. All seemed okay. Then, fortunately, he went further – he dissolved 3 capsules in water. When he dragged the magnet across the glass – there it was! So, we need to be cautious about our water and food. Not quite as much you can do about air.

The thing is they weren’t even trying to be discreet about any of this. The Moderna CEO said the vaccines “hack the software of life”. Seemed pretty clear to me from the beginning that this is all about altering humans and syncing us with the internet of things.

Doctor Chinada Brandolino studied her vaccinated patients and discovered they each generated their own unique QR code. When she put her phone on Bluetooth mode they popped right up. She believes it’s a way for people to be tagged. She called what’s being added to the injections a nanoprocessor.

Whoever or whatever is behind this is pure evil. Even Doctor Michael Yeadon (former VP of Pfizer who retired in 2018) said as much. He was an atheist but recently admitted that the ones pushing the vaccine worship Satan and we are living through a battle of good vs evil.

They said the vax hacks the software of life. part of satanism is that they need to openly admit what they are doing. If you’re selling poisoned tea under the guise of regular tea and a someone drinks it then dies it’s considered murder. I really feel for the kids that got vaccinated. It’s one thing if an adult wants to make that decision but these young people had no say. They’ve been used as lab rats. And who knows what the longterm effects are physically and mentally.

I think Neuralink (Elon Musk’s project to implant microchips into the brain in order to connect humans with computers) is a diversion. They want you to think chips are these visible things that need to be drilled into your skull. In reality it’s like Cooper said, injectable technology that isn’t visible to the naked eye. There could be billions of Neuralink’d cyborgs walking among us right now.
