Reptilians Throughout History: Global Mythology of a Serpentine Race

Reptilians have been depicted throughout history and are chronicled by diverse cultures worldwide. Individuals without contact or communication with one another share eerily similar accounts of lizard-like overlords. Indigenous Mayans idolized Quetzalcoatl, a mighty Snake God. Sumerians spoke of the Anunnaki, an extraterrestrial race thought to influence mankind. Gnostic texts refer to the Archons as a group of parasitic entities that consume our energy. Here’s a look at some other examples from across the globe:

Cherufe: Chilean lore illustrates a sinister saurian breed living deep within the Earth. They have a voracious appetite for human flesh— preferably from young children and virgin maidens. Residents felt the only way to appease Cherufe was to sacrifice chosen victims by throwing them inside an active volcano.

Sobek: One of the oldest deities named in ancient pyramid hieroglyphics happens to be a crocodilian humanoid. Egyptians revered the peculiar hybrid as a fearsome ruler with supernatural abilities. Worshippers believed he protected travelers crossing the perilous Nile River. Sobek is often associated with military power due to his ferocity.

Chitauri: South African tribal legends mention a primordial race of 9-foot-tall reptilians. According to Zulu shaman Credo Mutwa, Chitauri translates to ‘the dictators’ or ‘the ones who tell us the law’. These interdimensional voyagers are telekinetic, technologically advanced, and hostile toward humans. Mutwa stated they feed off of our negative emotions.

Sheti: Native American folklore speaks of the Snake Brothers, an influential group of genetic engineers. Hopi tribe members believe these reptilians live in subterranean cities throughout the South Western United States. One major underground base is located in Dulce, New Mexico. Other traditions link the Sheti with other beings that closely resemble gray aliens.

Jinn: Numerous passages in the Quran outline a nefarious invisible force capable of shapeshifting at will. Arabic literature also details identical entities that reside in a parallel dimension. Jinn are thought to be extremely cunning and malicious towards people. Certain populations in the Middle East regard these ‘tricksters’ as a menace to humankind.

Ningishzida: Sumerian sagas chronicle a dreadful serpentine beast with anthropomorphic features. He is Lord of the Tree of Life and a guardian of Anu, the fabled Sky Father. Sacred texts link Ningishzida to the underworld. Modern archeologists unearthed 7,000-year-old Mesopotamian statues portraying an unknown reptilian race in striking detail.

Naga: Hindu texts chronicle an ancient species of mysterious brutes. These forked-tongue beings possess both human and serpentine characteristics. Vedic scripture describes them as inhabitants of the netherworld. Nagas have the ability to shapeshift into various forms and can be dangerous if encountered. Indians believe this elusive breed holds the secret to immortality.

Dragon Kings: Chinese mythology is laden with colorful imagery and stories about dragons. Sometimes these scaled creatures take the form of reptilian humanoids. Dragon Kings are formidable water deities capable of controlling the weather and can manipulate other living organisms. In Asia, ruling emperors claim to be descendants of the coveted ‘dragon’ bloodline.

Based on gathered writings, artwork, and oral tales, mankind has been intrigued by reptoids for centuries. Our distant predecessors witnessed phenomena that covertly continue to this day. In modern times encounters with draconian beasts continuously occur. Respectable members of society including police officers, military personnel, and federal contractors are publicly sharing firsthand experiences. Declassified documents have surfaced asserting the existence of reptilian entities. Perhaps we will one day understand what our ancestors were warning us about. After all, the truth is often stranger than fiction.

Researchers carbon dated stone carvings and many of the reptilian statues are thousands of years old. This was before planes, phones and travel. How did isolated groups in remote parts of the world all create artwork of the exact same beings? Because they created what the saw. I truly believe they witnessed something that they felt was important enough to permanently document.

Exactly. They saw humans they drew humans. They saw cows they drew cows. But for some reason we are supposed to think these people in remote regions totally isolated somehow all got the same artistic inspiration to draw/ write about the same exact creatures that supposedly don’t exist?

Glad to have you back Ash! We missed you last week. So many people think that reptilians are some modern conspiracy theory and only “tinfoil hat wearers” believe in them. But in reality most countries have legends of such creatures dating back centuries. Personally I feel reptilians are inter-dimensional and only surface when they choose to because they want to remain out of sight.

After reading your article on the connection between reptilians and DMT I can’t help but to wonder if there is a connection between powerful psychedelics and these beings. Maybe ancient civilizations were performing religious rituals with the use of drugs or unknowingly ingesting substances through food or water. It could be that in their altered states they saw other entities that are normally blocked out by the conscious mind. Something at least worth considering.

I think that dmt opens our minds to what exists around us all the time. Sort of like being in a dark room and thinking nothing is in there until you turn on the lights.

Never heard of most of these examples before. Really interesting. What are the odds they all these ancient people saw the exact same creature? That’s more than coincidence.

This reminds me a lot of the ancient alien theory. There are all kinds of cave drawings, old wood carvings, paintings from the renaissance, literature and other things that show extraterrestrials or ufos.

I know these beings exist because I’ve seen them with my own two eyes. Only once, out in a remote part of the dessert near some mine shafts I had planned on exploring. I only saw it for a few seconds but it looked like a giant bipedal lizard. Tannish skin and ridges on its head. I didn’t see a tail. It was walking in the distance and I got so scared I ran back to my car hauled ass and never went back to the area. Happened over 25 years ago but still gives me chills to this day.

I know the Dogon tribe in Africa have some very interesting legends. They talk about a race of alien beings called the Nommo that looked like amphibious beings. Apparently the Nommo were very advanced and gave the Dogon a lot of information that wasn’t discovered by mainstream science until many decades later… probably even much longer than that since they wrote this knowledge on cave walls centuries ago. Very interesting to learn about other cultures and their stories. Thanks for sharing.

When you take a step back and look at everything unfolding it makes more and more sense that some kind of nonhuman force is pulling the strings behind the scenes. They are geoengineering our planet by trying to remove CO2 to alter the conditions, genetically manipulating DNA through gene therapies disguised as vaccines, adding toxins to our food and water and beaming 5g radiation on everything. It’s as if they want to change the earth to be more inhabitable for themselves. Everything that’s happening will result in major depopulation. Maybe when enough of us are dead they will finally surface and claim the planet as their own.

Happy to see you back, Miss Chupacabra! Last Tuesday night wasn’t the same without you. Most of these examples I have never heard of before. It’s so interesting to learn about mythologies from around the world. Anyone who dismisses reptilian beings as fictional should really do some research and they’ll realize humans have been encountering some kind of unknown entities since the dawn of mankind.

I remember reading about the naga years ago. supposedly there is a well in India that leads to the naga’s kingdom and is guarded from anyone entering. Some say that the earth is hollow and there are entrances to the inner world at specific locations throughout the planet.

Robert Monroe (who led CIA studies on out of body experiences and father of binaural beats) said similar things about how reptilians are basically energetic vampires. He called the energy they feed off of loosh.

I’ve always felt legends are filled with a lot of truth that most people dismiss as fantasy. I’m sure the powers that be don’t want us to learn to real version of human history.

“Indians believe this elusive breed holds the secret to immortality.” Many of your articles contain these kinds of sweeping generalizations. Most present-day Indians don’t actually believe such things. Do better and more honest research, my friend. Your writing style sounds like a fanaticized 1920s missionary who sensationalizes “the Orient,” or an early 20th-century science fantasy author who writes about “exotic” non-white lands.

To Ash: Notice in my response to “Reeee” that I didn’t generalize a whole group of people, like you did. That was my basic point, and that your writings sound like cheap tabloid articles, in how they are written, and I notice they are largely just second-hand David Icke rehashings. I hereby challenge you to write some FRESH MATERIAL that has more ORIGINALITY in it, instead of often sounding like a David Icke cult member… Just a though, Babe. Peace all. Hehe.

I remember back in the 80s there were hundreds of sightings of reptilians in the swamps of South Carolina. Made me think of something straight from the creature from the black lagoon movie. I had a friend who said he saw one. Of course he could be lying but he seemed genuinely scared and he’s always been an honest person.

Maybe he should spend his time/ energy making his own content or get a hobby if he has so much free time on his hands.
